Business hours
Babbletype staff are available for sales and customer support from 9AM to 5PM US Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, by phone, email or fax. Our headquarters are in Philadelphia, and effective August 2020, we are available to meet with local clients by appointment only. We encourage conversation and are equipped to support customers whichever way you reach out. Messages received outside of business hours are answered by the morning of the next business day at the latest, and often much sooner.

Clients wishing to contact our customer service team via email can reach us by writing to transcription@babbletype.com. This distribution includes the full customer-side team. Even if you have a project underway and frequently talk with the same individual, we like to make sure someone responds to you when one of us is offline or with another customer. For unique customer inquiries, custom preferences, and audit-related support (including data processing compliance), email Angela Wood: angela.wood@babbletype.com for a response within 24 hours, spammy solicitations excluded.
