Membership
Babbletype belongs to and is a reliable contributor to multiple organizations in the market research space, including the Marketing Research Association, the American Marketing Association, the Association for Qualitative Research (UK), the Qualitative Research Consultants Association, the Pharmaceutical Marketing Research Group, and the American Association for Public Opinion Research.
Volunteer work
Babbletype’s owners donate hundreds of pro-bono hours annually in support of market research organizations. Angela Wood serves on multiple boards and committees, and is the current President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Market Research Association (2015-2016). John Feldcamp contributes most visibly in the event photography he donates throughout the year. He also consults on technical and operations matters.
In-kind support
Babbletype works with a number of market research organizations to offer discounts to members, and offers free or extremely low-cost transcription and translation support to help researchers working on worthy not-for-profit projects inside and outside the industry.
Donations
Babbletype is a frequent donor in support of local market research events, and also donates regularly to local and national charities, including Cuddle My Kids, the American Cancer Society, C.E.R.T.S., Inc. Adult Action Center (Collaborative Effort to Reinforce Transition Success), Camp Kesem and Ronald McDonald House.
