Our price guarantee

It’s a core goal at Babbletype to keep our processes efficient, and our costs and prices as low as possible. 

If you receive a legitimate quote from a real competitor of ours that is lower than the price we offered you, we will give you a price that’s 10% lower than that, and we’ll stand by that price for your future orders of similar transcription products. In the unlikely event that you are quoted a price that we absolutely cannot match, we’ll pay you 10% of the value of that other order when you show us proof of payment.

The fine print

Competitor quotes should be recent written formal quotes from an established North American firm selling commercial transcription services. Computer-based transcription services, services using offshore (i.e., non-native English speaking) labor, and individual contractors selling their own services are excluded as their quality and turns are not comparable. 

Services offered in other quotes must be substantially the same services requested as your order with us. Our price, if accepted will equal the competitor's quoted price less 10%, and Babbletype guarantees to maintain the same pricing for orders of the same format thereafter. 

If we decline for price, Babbletype will pay you the equivalent amount (10% of your actual payment up to the total of the original price quote) upon receipt of a copy of the competitor's final invoice for the work, and your proof of payment for that invoice. Babbletype reserves the right to request additional supporting information to validate order authenticity and reserves the right to decline payment when the authenticity of the transaction is unclear. Offer limited to a maximum order size of $5,000, and a maximum covered payment from Babbletype of $500.
